We’re looking for the next Event Manager / Event Executive to join the team at Phoenix Networks Global Pvt. Ltd.

If you’re someone who can walk into an empty venue and see the entire experience before it comes to life — we want to hear from you.

From the first site visit to the final cue, you’ll be part of the team responsible for bringing ambitious event experiences together.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Event planning, coordination & execution

• Client, artist, vendor & team coordination

• Site visits, logistics & production planning

• Coordination with sound, lighting, trussing & technical teams

• Manpower & on-ground execution

• Event schedules, checklists & documentation

• Managing last-minute challenges with calm and clarity

• Ensuring every detail meets the expected standard
